Position Overview

Are you a dependable driver looking for a role that gets you home daily? We are seeking a dedicated Driver/Dockworker to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for the timely pickup, loading, transit, and delivery of freight and packages. You will operate both tractor-trailer units and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to ensure efficient terminal and delivery operations, all while providing industry-leading customer service.

Shift & Schedule: Flexibility is required. Work hours include days, nights, and/or weekends depending on operational needs. All routes return to your home terminal during the same shift.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Delivery: Safely operate a tractor-trailer unit to transport packages and palletized freight to and from residential and commercial properties.
Dock Operations: Efficiently load, unload, ship, receive, scan, sort, and stock packages and freight at the terminal.
Equipment Operation: Utilize various Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including pallet movers and stand-up forklifts, to manage cargo.
Logistics & Technology: Accurately label shipments and leverage on-board technology to optimize delivery efficiency and tracking.
Customer Service: Maintain high standards of efficiency, safety, and professionalism at every stop.
